At Chefs Dalat, our pasta is handcrafted with care – from kneading the dough to gently rolling it by hand and cooking it just right to achieve a perfect al dente texture. FARM TO TABLE

In the gentle highland morning light, our 3,000m² garden at Chefs Dalat is lovingly tended each day by Ms. Hòa – who weeds, sows and harvests with deep care and respect for the land.

We let our vegetables grow in harmony with nature, choosing their own perfect moment to bloom and bear fruit. Nourished by pure underground spring water, natural compost and homemade botanical repellents, they carry with them the essence of Dalat – the scent of the earth, the taste of the sky – to your table.
